Minutes are the time your agent spends on calls. The average call runs about 2 minutes, so 300 minutes covers roughly 150 calls. Transferred calls and outbound follow-up calls count toward your minutes.
Going over is never a problem
Your agent keeps answering if you go past your included minutes. Extra minutes are billed at your plan's low per-minute rate, and if you're regularly over, moving up a plan usually costs less.
Add-on: reactivation campaigns
Have a database of old leads that went cold? The agent can call through them, check who's still looking, and book the ready ones with you. Reactivation campaigns are a separate service, quoted on request.

Minutes are the time your AI voice agent spends on calls. Transferred calls count for the whole call, since both sides of the line stay connected, and outbound follow-up calls on the Pro plan count too. The average call runs about 2 minutes, so 300 minutes is roughly 150 calls.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Your agent keeps answering. Extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate: C$0.20 a minute on Starter, C$0.18 on Growth, and C$0.15 on Pro. If you're regularly well over your allowance, moving up a plan usually costs less.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial.
Do you offer annual billing?
