- Google Forms / Google Workspace — Contest and newsletter form submissions are stored securely in Google Sheets. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Calendly — Consultation booking. Subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics — Anonymized website usage statistics. No personally identifiable data is collected through Analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity — Anonymized session recording and heatmaps to improve user experience. No personally identifiable data is collected.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or until you request its deletion. Contest entries are retained for a minimum of 90 days following the contest draw date.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Form submissions are transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored in access-controlled Google Workspace accounts.
