Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using canadianailab.ca (the "Site") operated by Canadian AI Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
2. Contest Terms
Eligibility: The "Win a Free AI Voice Agent for a Year" contest is open to Canadian business owners and operators aged 18 or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
How to Enter: Complete and submit the contest entry form on the Site with your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a custom AI voice agent implementation and one (1) year of service (inbound calls only; all inbound call minutes included), valued at approximately $5,000 CAD. The prize covers a twelve (12) month term only and does not include ongoing service beyond that period. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries each month. The draw date is at the sole discretion of Canadian AI Lab.
Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 business days, a new winner may be selected.
Newsletter Consent: By entering the contest, you agree to receive The Lab Report newsletter from Canadian AI Lab. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Limitation: One entry per person. Entries from the same email address or business will be counted once.
Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
3. Newsletter Subscription
By subscribing to The Lab Report, you consent to receiving periodic email communications from Canadian AI Lab containing AI insights, resources, and information about our services.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@canadianailab.ca. We will process your request promptly.
4. Consultation Bookings
Booking a consultation through our Calendly calendar constitutes a request for a meeting only and does not create a contract for services. No fees are charged for initial consultations.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations at our discretion. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Canadian AI Lab and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site integrates third-party services including Google Forms, Calendly, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Canadian AI Lab is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Any information on this Site regarding AI solutions, cost savings, or business outcomes is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canadian AI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
